En la actualidad, cuenta con una población escolar de 51 alumnos (as), en donde, el 96% es de origen mapuche, provenientes de las Comunidades de Lipún, Llolletúe, Butalón Pajal, CuracoTrañi-Trañi y Huampomallín; posee tres cursos combinados (1°-3°, 4°-6°, 7°-8°) atendidos por cuatro docentes titulados; un auxiliar de servicios menores y un manipulador de alimentos.
